Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 
Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is generally between 10 to 30 days, depending on your destination country and local postal services. Please note: Unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, severe weather conditions, or global logistical issues out of our control.

Customs, Duties and Taxes 
NutVerse is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
